• COD orders are confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment.
• Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
• Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
• The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once production has started.
• We do not guarantee any damage during shipment.
  No returns or exchanges are accepted.
• Minor variations in handmade products are natural and are not considered defects.
