Important Store Policies
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or an incorrect item is delivered.
- As all Lumora products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, fragrance, texture, or finish are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Product photographs are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to handcrafted production and screen display differences.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sangrur, Punjab.
