Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Punjab: 2–4 business days
  • North India: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking details.


Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
  • Natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lumorabys@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
